Loki Notes is designed as an offline, on-device AI note-taking app. The app records audio, creates transcripts, generates summaries, and supports AI chat about recordings using on-device processing. We do not operate user accounts, we do not collect analytics, we do not show ads, and we do not sell or share user data for tracking.

Information Handled by the App

Loki Notes may create or store the following information on your device:

• Audio recordings you create or import
• Transcripts generated from recordings
• Summaries and titles generated from transcripts
• Notes you create or edit
• Recording markers, timestamps, and related note organization data
• AI chat messages related to your recordings
• App settings, such as theme, language, onboarding state, selected AI model, and downloaded model status
• A locally generated device identifier used only inside the app's local database records

This information is stored locally on your device using Apple's local app storage technologies. We do not receive, access, upload, sell, or share this information.
